Η Δρ. Ανδρέα Παύλου έλαβε BSc στη Βιοχημεία από το Old Dominion University, ΗΠΑ το 2006 και MSc στην Ιατρικη Γενετικη από το University of Glasgow Medical School, UK το 2007, και διδακτορικό στη Βιοφυσική Χημεία από το Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου το 2014. Έχει περισσότερα από 12 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην μελέτη βιομορίων περιβαλλοντικής σημασίας, απο τα οποια 3 χρόνια ως μεταδιδακτορική συνεργάτης στον τομέα της βιομιμητικής χημείας στο Ängstrom Laboratoriet, Πανεπιστήμιο της Ουψάλα, Σουηδία (2015-2018) και 3 χρόνια στο Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου – MSCA (IF) (2019-2022). Το 2020 ελαβε χορηγία MSCA (IF) για την πρόταση της «Investigation of the underlying resilience and physiological adaptive response of the bona fide Cypriot indigenous grape cultivar cv. ‘Xynisteri’ to climate change». Πρόσφατα ολοκλήρωσε το MBA της στο University of Bradford School of Management και μετά απο 14 χρόνια πανεπιστημιακής παρουσίας, εντάχθηκε στη SignalGeneriX Ltd, μια Κυπριακή εταιρία Έρευνας και Αναπτυξης υψηλής τεχνολογίας το 2022 ως R&D Grants Manager, Business Development.
